The Missouri Cancer Registry and Research Center is pleased to offer the following resources for the education of Missouri registrars.

GoToMeeting: The Missouri Cancer Registry and Research Center (MCR-ARC) is pleased to offer GoToMeeting sessions on a monthly basis. Go directly to the GoToMeeting page in order to view previously recorded sessions, or here to view the current schedule.

NAACCR 2017 Central Registry Webinars: The MCR-ARC is hosting the NAACCR Cancer Registry and Surveillance Webinar Series for 2016-2017. All webinars will be held at MCR-ARC's offices in Clark Hall. Meetings are typically three hours in length and scheduled for the first Thursday of each month from 8am to 11am. To view the webinar schedule, click here.

NAACCR Webinar Recordings: The Missouri Cancer Registry and Research Center (MCR-ARC) is pleased to provide access to recorded versions of these webinars at no cost to registrars. These recordings are valuable educational tools which provide comprehensive training, particularly for those webinars that are disease-specific, since information on anatomy, histology, Collaborative Stage coding, multiple primary/histology coding. Exercises, quizzes, questions and answers are also included. Three (3) NCRA CE credits per webinar are available.

To access:
1. Request access to recorded versions of the NAACCR Webinars series by completing and returning the last page of the webinar form to MCR-ARC.
2. Once we have received your form you will be sent an email containing a link to access the NAACCR Webinar Recordings page and the password to the NAACCR Webinar. The link will give you access to the recorded webinar, quizzes, case scenarios and questions and answers submitted during the live webinar.
3. In order to receive your CE certificate, NAACCR requires you to complete a quiz. The link to the quiz will be provided during the webinar.

AJCC Webinars:  In preparation for the transition to directly assigned AJCC staging, the AJCC would like to remind the registrar community of a very important resource. There are 14 webinars based on the current AJCC Cancer Staging Manual 7th Edition content are available for free. While these webinars were recorded a few years ago, the information is as accurate and relevant as ever. The lectures encompass a variety of topics and are presented by AJCC physician experts. Florida Cancer Data System (FCDS):  The FCDS has several opportunities for education on their website. While no CEUs are given, recordings from the annual 2-day FCDS conference cover many topics in the cancer field (TNM, neuroendocrine tumors, recent developments in the classification, diagnosis and treatment of cancer, etc.) and are available for all registrars to view. A monthly educational webcast series is also available, with topics including breast neoplasms, colon and rectum neoplasms, etc. View the recordings on the Florida Cancer Data System's website under the FCDS Webcasts tab.
