Ms. Cole is a tumor registrar with more than ten years experience in the hospital-based cancer field.
In November 2001, she assumed the role of non-hospital coordinator for the Missouri Cancer Registry. Since
that time, Ms. Cole has worked to bring non-traditional reporting entities into the cancer reporting system.
In addition, she is developing collaborative relationships with the University's School of Nursing, the Medical
School's Department of Health Management and Informatics, as well as numerous other health care organizations.
Ms. Cole is a co-founder of the Mid-Missouri Partnership for Breast Cancer Awareness and has been an American
Cancer Society volunteer for many years.
