Sue has been a cancer registrar since 1988. She has experience in hospital-based registries
and as a client services representative for cancer registry-specific software company as well as
central registry experience. She began working in the Missouri Cancer Registry in December 1996,
first as a Cancer Data Coordinator and then as the Quality Assurance Coordinator. In 1999, Sue was
appointed to the position of Project Manager.
Sue has been a member of the Missouri State Tumor Registrars Association (MoSTRA) and
the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA) for many years and has coordinated regional
workshops, presided at annual meetings and served on various committees. Her NAACCR activities include presentations at the annual meeting and serving on the Volume II sub-committee.
